Do you bill for architect's redlines or applying field dimensions?Redlines and field dimensions are not included in our initial estimate as they can be unpredictable. We can provide these services at an hourly rate if requested.

What is the typical lead time?Lead times vary, but we usually start projects within 3 business days of award. The project duration depends on its size.

If I have multiple projects, will the same drafting team work on them?We strive to keep the same drafters on projects for consistent clients. However, if project flow is inconsistent, we may need to assign different drafters. For a dedicated team, consider our "Studio Model". Contact us today for more details!

How do you handle design changes after the job has started?For design changes affecting the scope, we will review to assess any cost implications, similar to how you would handle a change order for your customers.
